Return Policy – Longhorn Country Outfitters

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy.

What does this mean?
Should you wish to return your item, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
• Postage costs for returning the item are at your own expense.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll get in touch to arrange either an exchange or store credit – whichever suits you best.

Please note:
Sale items are final and cannot be returned so please ensure you refer to size charts for correct sizing.  We are always more than happy to answer any questions that you may have to help you get the correct sizing and product information prior to purchasing.
